We hope you love your new stuff! But if not, KokoTheCollection.com is happy to refund all items within 14 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, soiled, damaged, or smell of smoke or any other odour. If returned items do not pass all necessary checks, they will not be accepted, and you will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned in perfect condition and within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.
Please scan returns QR code and fill in your details for your return. Please also fill out the order number on your slip and pack the return slip in the parcel that you are sending back to us.
Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Please scan returns QR code and fill in your details for your return. Please fill out the order number on the returns slip and pack the returns slip in the parcel that you are sending back to us. Then take to any postal service of choice counter service. Please remember to obtain your proof of postage receipt. Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
International and Northern Ireland Returns
Returns can be sent to Koko The Collection, Unit 7G, Sword Business Park, K67X042, Co. Dublin, Ireland, from your chosen courier service.
The rate charged will depend on the courier used. This charge will be the customer’s responsibility.
